Chile: Peruvian expat in serious condition, shot after withdrawing money from ATM

Gunmen staged a shootout on Friday in a private underground parking, located at 1268 Cathedral Street, near the intersection with Teatinos, in the center of Santiago. Supposedly after he staged an assault around 17:40 hours. The victim, according to testimony, it would be a Peruvian citizen who lives in Chile three years ago and that would have gone to an ATM to withdraw money and then walk to the parking lot, where the three men approached them.
