Chile: government tells students they are open to dialogue but not under pressure or compulsion

Minister Secretary General of Government, Andrés Chadwick, spoke on Wednesday to march that morning called for student leaders and said that the government is open to dialogue, but does not accept pressure or force measures as taking educational establishments.
