Chile: bomb detonated at Banco de Chile branch

Minor damage to windows and a security booth left to detonate a bomb at a bank branch in the town of La Florida. According to the police report, the explosive device detonated in a unit of Banco Chile, located at Avenida Vicuña Mackenna 7305, at about the one o’clock on Thursday. Not the first time a bomb threat to the local bank, in the month of August GOPE staff had turned off a fire extinguisher with black powder that would be taken to cause damage. The explosion did not leave injured and police working at the scene to find a planfleto to identify the perpetrators of the act. Read Article
