Chile: 50 percent vehicle occupants use seat belts front seat, only 10 percent for rear seats

The seat belt is used by 50% of the occupants of the front seats and only 10% of the occupants of the rear seats of a vehicle in Chile. This level also leaves the back country in Latin America. When measuring use only in the front seats, Chile is well below Brazil (88%), Peru (85%) and Colombia (82%). Read Article
