Bolivia: concerns about Paraguay’s intention to install U.S. bases on border

According to opinion.com.bo – Bolivia was engrossed verbally in recent months with its neighbors by versions on installing U.S. military bases in Paraguay, the arms of Chile, Peru’s military incursion and Brazilian drug trafficking and asylum an opposition senator, with little appearance Foreign Ministry, but with several partners in the country, according to the former Minister Armando Loaiza.
