Bolivia, Brazil, and Peru considering fund to pay informants who report drug trafficking

Bolivia, Brazil and Peru studying create a common fund to pay rewards to informants who report drug trafficking, said the Bolivian Minister of Government Carlos Romero, who met Wednesday with their counterparts in Lima. The resources for the fund will come from the confiscation of drug traffickers to the implementation in the three countries that allow legislation on immovable property illegally obtained promptly spent by the state.
