Baby born while mother crossing U.S. Mexico international border

A local woman gave birth to a child Monday while crossing the international border back into the United States from Mexico. According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, a 20-year-old U.S. citizen, whose identity has not been released to the public, went into labor while waiting to cross the border along with her two siblings at the San Luis port of entry.
