Arica Chile: major player, employee of customs involved in complex drug trafficking ring

In the last operational research, carried out simultaneously during Tuesday night in Arica and Region V, the strength of the PDI arrested in the northern city Labarca Alfonso Alvarez (55), Customs officer who was in charge to handle the scanner guarding the entry load in Arica, and Claudio Contreras Molina (39), a member of the Internal Revenue Service in the regional capital.
