Argentina: French tourist killed in horse accident, Patagonia

elpatagonico.net reported that a 52 year old French tourist was killed while on vacation in El Calafate, after falling and being dragged by a horse while on a group ride in the room “Glacier The Shed”.For reasons discussed to establish who the victim was not revealed his identity, riding animal fell and his foot got caught in the stirrup, so they dragged about 300 meters down the animal.As indicated by the digital portal LU23, there were two versions: a woman who said the horse pulled the victim to take an unexpected reaction, while another witness said he saw the tourists previously vanished, causing it to fall to side. Immediately went to the scene an ambulance and police troops from the Lago Argentino, while this later became the Special Transfer Unit Fire Department to move the body to the morgue of Rio Gallegos, where requested autopsied by Judge Carlos Narvarte. The judge later confirmed that the death occurred because of the shock in the fall, but did not say whether there was a previous episode that has caused fading. Read Article
