Alleged drug dealer, one other, killed in Santiago, Dominican Republic

Police in Santiago, the Dominican Republic, announced that a well-known drug dealer and one other person were killed in Los Reyes. According to Listin Diario, the victims were Gilberto Antonio Estévez Abreu (36), alias “La Pava” and Denny Enríquez Rosario Tejada (38), alias “El Pájaro.” They died of multiple gunshot wounds. The shooter or shooters remain unknown. Estévez Abreu is a known drug dealer. He had been deported from the United States in 1995 and 2006 for the crime of narco-trafficking. The murders took place on N street in a location used for the sale and distribution of drugs. Cocaine and weapons were found at the scene. Read Article
