80 municipalities in Boyacá department of Colombia under RED ALERT, floods-landslides

80 municipalities in the department of Boyacá are on high alert due to heavy rains that occur in the last days and left in the country, about 29 March fatalities to date.As reported by the governor of Boyaca, Juan Carlos Granados , Moniquirá populations and San Miguel de Sema are most affected by floods and landslides.
