113 kilos of cocaine seized in France, shipped from Ecuador

French police in the port of Le Havre seized 113 kilos of cocaine stored in three plastic bags that were hidden in containers transporting tuna cans. The shipment is believed to have originated in Ecuador, Andes reports. The cocaine is valued at seven million euros. Drug trafficking organizations have been known to use ports in Ecuador to send drug shipments to the United States and Europe. No arrests have been reported. Read Article
