The couple claim in 1999 Chiriboga, without paying a fair price and using deceptive tactics, he snatched their home located in the valley of Tumbaco, near Quito, and hid the property in the company Madrigal Finance , the same that was placed in a tax haven Panama.

The couple hope that the lawsuit against the Attorney General Chiriboga, will be heard both in front of Ecuador and in international organizations. The allegations are forembezzlement, breach of trust, perjury and violation of human rights. They are represented by Pedro Granja, said the German citizen.

“I do not understand how it is investigated and accused pleads not guilty,” said Edmund Chladek, who appears in the video with his wife, demanding justice.

The suit demands not just to receive fair payment for their house, but the compensation for loss of profits, and damages suffered by his family for stealing because not allowed to take their personal belongings, furniture and family memories.

Chladek further requests that the case be treated impartially not be circumvented “as in the past when Chiriboga manipulated that they prosper their claims to justice”. Read Article in eluniverso
