Colombian Drunk Driver Attempts to Bribe Spanish Police

In the early morning hours in Madrid, Spain, police stopped the vehicle going at a high velocity. The report from radiosantafe.com states that the driver was also driving while intoxicated, without a seatbelt or license, and while talking on a cellphone. The driver, a Colombian citizen, attempted to offer the police 150 euros to overlook his offense; however, he is to appear in court for charges against traffic safety and bribery. Read Article
