Colombia, Eldorado Airport to be Renovated in Air and Land Technology

•Elespectador.com reports that despite the winter weather conditions, Eldorado airport in Bogotá has maintained a rate of 70 flights a day.
•However, the ATAC, Aerial Transportation Association in Colombia, will be collaborating with other organizations in order to improve technology of the airport as well as improving the air and land infrastructure of the terminal.
•The winter conditions have inspired this move for renovation.
•There will also be a new robotic system of drones called Falco Robot GBRS to scare away birds that may cause accidents by flying into plane engines. Read Article
